role: Brand Identity & Web Design

timeline: Oct – Nov 2025 (4 weeks)

team: 3-person brand identity team

tools: Figma · Adobe Illustrator

ZariZar, a luxury Indian shawl company, partnered with Parsons School of Design to evolve its market strategy, brand identity, and web design. I developed the brand identity alongside two teammates and took ownership of the web design.

Our direction centered on the legacy of Deccan craftsmanship and the women who keep it alive, bringing the stories behind the shawls into the brand and digital experience.

Visual Identity

A visual ode to the unbroken lineage of Deccan craftsmanship.

Web Design

Bringing the craft and its makers into the shopping experience.

I took ownership of the web design, translating our shared brand identity into landing and product pages. The direction makes space for the shawls, the company's legacy, and the women whose craftsmanship gives each piece its meaning.

Landing page

Collection imagery sits alongside the story of the craft, connecting product discovery with the people and traditions behind it.
