I’m Diana Chalakova — a Bulgarian-born, Seattle-raised, New York-based designer.

Currently, I am pursuing my M.F.A. in Design and Technology at the Parsons School of Design and hold a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Informatics from the University of Washington.

My work sits at the intersection of user experience design and human-computer interaction, psychology, and emerging technologies. I’m trained across UX & IxD domains and strive to hone my skills through collaboration within multidisciplinary teams, addressing real-world challenges.

Outside of class and work, I enjoy photography, exploring creative technology, painting, and have been training for my first half-marathon!
